This Special meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. The following were in attendance: Dave Hindman, Linda Abrams, Bill Thompson, Phyllis Sturdevant, Joe Keeney, Dan Dunham, Janet B. Williams, Karon L. Hugo and Elaine Shirk.
The purpose of this meeting is to appoint two new Council Persons.
The Resolution to appoint Karon L. Hugo was read by David Hindman. Karon is filling the position formerly held by Raymond Brown as no one was elected to fill this position.
Bill Thompson made a motion to appoint Karon L. Hugo, Linda Abrams seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.The Resolution to appoint Janet B. Williams was read by David Hindman. Janet is filling the position formerly held by Josh McGroarty. Josh McGroarty resigned as he moved out of the Borough. Bill Thompson made a motion to appoint Janet B. Williams, Phyllis Sturdevant seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
Dan Dunham, Mayor administered the loyalty oath, swearing both in as Council Persons.
Bill Thompson made a motion to adjourn. Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
